Howling Winds Spring Break tour! -Howling Winds 9:45 -Parasitix 8:45 -New Politicians 8:00
“The Howling Winds is the youngest child in a brotherhood. A self-effacing band behind the leaders signed on Deep Elm or Yoyo Records. However it's one of the most talented band I've heard for a fuckin' while. Lyrics that don't bother us with useless claims, classy melodies calculeted for the stage. Jorge Rocha's voice giving something from the 60's, flying guitars, clashing, crossing and flooding my mind like a 30 years old whisky. Tom Gabel's gang used to do that on "Crime as Forgiven". Another era. That seven songs' EP combines my new favourite song for winter (All the Girls), the perfect amount of sing-a-long, contrabass and latino spirit. A floridian gust embittered like a song of Lemuria somtimes, playful like a blowjob in the morning, all the time. They smashed my face on stage few days before the fest, somewhere in Miami when Maladroit began their tour. Those guys own an identity. Should I repeat how hard it can when you live in Florida, surrounded by gifted combos.”
