Ebrima  is studying music and technology. "I cannot quit my destiny" quote.

Ebrima is lead guitarist and vocals for the band in the The Gambia, where he lives!!(peacefully and happily) performing with the Band in 5 star hotels and other venues, festivals, etc., and is very well known across West Africa.

While he is studying, he still has a beautiful voice. Meaningful, Insprational!! would be good if we can get him to perform here in the U.K. His band is still performing at home in The Gambia, and one day he will return!! In the meantime:-- We are looking for promotion and record labels to take him under their wing!! any offers please?

  • Ebrima Sallah was born and bred in Bakau New Town, a coastal town in The Gambia popular for tourism and beautiful beaches!! THE SMILING COAST OF WEST AFRICA!!

  • Ebrima believes his "vision and mission in life" is to "entertain and educate"  as well as spread Jah's message through the universal language- "music"quote- his "biggest love of all"-the band has so far released wonderful singles already hitting the Gambia airwaves these include "Thank God! and "Respect your Mama", "Things you need to know" and with "Smiling Coast Rythme" "Bless dem Warriors" and my favourite "Rivers of Babylon"and "Mankind"also "Thankyou Girl for Loving Me" and "Baby Please Dont Cry".

  • The Bands greatest ambition is to have a record deal to have their music known, and spread the message of righteousness, peace, and love in the four corners of the world. and by the power of the creator, "we will live for the rest of time (forever and even after) Jah bless, Jah guide and One Love" quote Ebrima.

  • Ebrima Sallah, popularly known as Eba Sallah, was born and bred in Bakau New Town, a coastal town in The Gambia popular for its tourism and beautiful beaches, the smiling coast of West Africa. Eba started playing music around June 1998, just after completing his senior secondary school education when he teamed up with Modou Jang Jallow aka the chief justice to form a rap & reggae outfit called the legitimate brothers. During those days his artistic moniker was the well wisher. In september 1998, the group grew bigger but nothing lasted any longer as all of them left the group for other ventures of greater priority to them. However, considering the love he has for music, he continued the struggle alone, despite the difficulty and numerous obstacles on his way. According to him, "I can't quit my destiny". "I believe my vision and mission is to educate and entertain, as well as spread Jah's message through the universal language -music". In January 1999, Eba got his first acoustic guitar. He used it attend one fold of music school, where he studied the basics in music theory and guitar. This has helped greatly to furnish his already blooming musical talents. In June 1999, he and Alhagie Leigh, Habib Leigh and Mamady formed a live band called the cyco band that used to perform only in bars, restaurants, nightclubs and hotels to entertain mostly tourist visiting The Gambia. However, the name cyco band was later changed to 5 star band and then Kid & co Crew. In August 2002, after so many trials and tribulations as well as a process of experience that was so enriching, the holy family band was born from the kid & co crew with the inspiration to play afro reggae and hip-hop soul music. The holy family band consists of six dynamic instrumentalists, a manager, technician and a stage designer (all born and brought up in the same Bakau new town) who always struggle and work very hard as a team to set up the band by renting musical instruments from other bands for daily performances. The band has so far released storming singles already hitting The Gambia air waves. These include, "Thank God", "Respect your mama" and "Things you need to know", and in the renowned first ever Gambian Reggae Dancehall line up of the Smiling Coast rhythm "Bless dem warriors". Living in a major tourism industry settlement has provided the group the opportunity to perform in hotels and all major festivals and both in The Gambia and Senegal. The band's greatest ambition is to have a record deal to have their music known, and spread the message of righteousness, peace & love in the four corners of the world. A royal and highly salutation to our entire royal and distinguished families, friends and fans. "Holy family band is still living and by the power of the creator, we'll live for the rest of time (forever and even after). Jah bless, Jah guide and one love". Eba- Lead Vocalist
