The Windsor Radio Museum presents a live event titled 'The Big Fame: a night of old radio and new songs' featuring Windsor's own The Grimm Generation and Hartford's Girlfriend Project. Submitted for your approval ... it's Saturday night and American homes bathe in the warm glow of the radio dial. Comedy, drama, variety shows gather the family around to thrill to the exploits of 'Captain Blood', catch the 'modern' sounds of 'Your Hit Parade' and laugh it up with 'The Jack Benny Show'. The Windsor Radio Museum presents an evening of sweet harmonies (courtesy of Girlfriend Project) and Radio Noir when The Grimm Generation present a tale of femme fatales and suckers with 'The Big Fame', a pairing of live drama and song. Tickets are $10, the show starts at 7:00 pm. Food provided by Get Baked and Goldburgers. Wine and beverages will be available. All within The Windsor Radio Museum, a walking history of radio and the impact it has had on our lives.
