Bio

Chicago rockers Danny Surico and John Flanagan (Two West) joined Matthew Daigler and James Hyde (One Pound Burrito) at the “Loyola's Got Talent” contest at Loyola University Chicago, planting the seed for what would become The Future Laureates. After a short time, the group recruited drummer Steve Minogue and recorded their debut album “Your Mom Would Like Us,” with producer/sound engineer Patrick Himes (Shrug, Captain of Industry, Ryan Adams) at WaterWorks Entertainment studio in Nashville, TN.
Armed with an eclectic mix of original indie, pop, and folk rock songs, The Future Laureates set off on a quest to delight and excite audiences across the globe.
