Bio
The Dusty Buskers were born on New Year's Eve 2006, in an alcove in Tucson, AZ, when new friends sang songs to revelers en route between local taverns. That summer, Uncle Fiddlin' Phoenix & Dusty Squirrelfisher performed "idiosyncratic" up-tempo old-timey bluegrass music for passersby on a daily basis. They honed their craft by playing for smiles & tips of all kinds. Moving indoors to saloons & cafes across Arizona & the Southwest, the Buskers humbly offer their unique arrangements of Americana & Irish tunes full of hobos, heartbreak, trains, & spirits - the kinds you drink from a bottle, the ones that haunt after death, & the sort that need lifting.
