On Saturday, November 23rd, musicians from Bisbee, Phoenix, and Tucson will converge in Tucson and take over PLUSH to give a special benefit performance honoring, and celebrating, the love and talents of Amy & Derrick Ross, also known as, Nowhere Man and a Whiskey Girl. Each performer will be playing their favorite NMWG songs, as well as share their favorite Amy & Derrick moments. A dance party will close out the night with Buzz and the Soul Senders showing why, “There ain’t no party like a Soul Sender’s party. Scheduled to perform: Jim Adkins (Jimmy Eat World), Buzz & the Soul Senders, The Tryst, Dylan Charles, Mike Montoya (Fatigo), Lonna Kelley, Carlos Arzate & The Kind Souls, Revisor, Kiss the Killer, Briefcase, Donna Kihl, Dusty Buskers, Megga, and many more to be added soon. PLUS - there will also be a silent art auction featuring items created by some of Southern Arizona’s top artists, and craftspersons. Q: If you could play anywhere in the world, the perfect joyous show, what would you see?
A: Maybe we would choose to visit Telluride or Merle Fest to see some masters at work! Or we'd like to be transported to Grafton Street in Dublin, where we hear the busking is top notch :)
