The Coconut Boat Band is comprised of Scott and Chuck Kirkpatrick who grew up in South Florida playing a variety of music, including a heavy calypso/Caribbean influence. They later landed some world-class gigs in the rock world as reflected below. Scott Ellis has written lyrics with the Kirkpatrick’s since 1992 and plays steel drums.
