THE CITIZEN was founded in 2002 by Can Bulgu, singer, songwriter. Living between Munich, Istanbul and Moscow and working as an Architect and Musician, he was inspired by the creativity of Gypsy Musicians of Istanbul, thus recorded his first album "Wedding Party":
