The Apprentice is an indie/ folk rock band from the U.S.A. The three members of The Apprentice, Matt Helfrich, Matt Jenkins, and Eric DeLong, are joined together by music despite living in three different states (KY, WV, IN). What once started as a solo acoustic side project for Eric DeLong has blossomed into a full band with sounds ranging from upbeat rock songs, alt. country, folk and bluegrass ala Ryan Adams, Wilco etc. Since 2003 the band has toured to the four corners of the U.S. in support of their 4 releases on Future Destination Records.
