We've been planning this celebration for a while now and think we will have a day worthy of being Irish! Budweiser will be providing us with our own "Zeke's Irish Green" tap & brew (I tasted and tested until it was JUST RIGHT) and we will be serving up the standard Irish fare of Corned Beef n' Cabbage (except with Chef Mike's special touch it will be anything BUT standard fare). We've got an extra hour of music with Terry Hogan & the Bourbon Blues Band taking the stage at 6PM. At 9PM our SPECIAL GUEST STAR, Jimmy McCarthy will appear. He has 5 different engagements this day and has been kind enough to honor us with finishing up the evening at Zeke's as he is VERY MUCH in demand. He comes complete with the green guitar AND klan kilt AND Irish dancers!! Maybe I will finally get my chance to find out exactly WHAT they wear under those things (I will ask him of course <:) We hope you will join us! I'll buy a draft beer for anyone that comes wearing a kilt!
Terry's relationship with music has been an affair lasting 30 years and with Bourbon, we know that it gets better with age. Terry started his career off in NYC (as a regular Greenwich Village performer) and in the club scene in New Jersey, South Carolina's, Myrtle Beach in the late 80's and to SW Florida today where he continues to grow and improve. The release of Terry's latest CD "One More Dance" (recorded at Shell Creek Studio's in Punta Gorda) has been very well received. His love of the blues and original style has brought him many loyal, diverse fans from all over SW Florida.
My Band Bourbon Blues will be playing. Come down and join the party.
I'll be pplaying with my Band, " Bourbon Blues ".
