Tell Mama plays jazz & blues infused folk-funk weaving insightful lyrics with sincere vocals and killer guitar riffs.
Take a handful of Kathleen Edwards, add a smidgeon of Norah Jones and stir in some Peggy Lee and Jann Arden and you are starting to get an idea of the Tell Mama style.
With recognition from the International Songwriting Competition and the Portland Songwriter’s Association Annual Song Contest, Tell Mama is establishing themselves as songwriters with merit.
