About

Salutations:

My name is James Farmer.  I am originally from Kansas City, Kansas, but now inhabit the campus of the University of Kansas in Lawrence.  I am a general narcissist and pain in the side.
Though a former Illustration major, I am now a Painter.  Have a look-see at my photographic gallery to discern the labours of my toils.

My musical endeavors began in middle school.  I played clarinet, and practiced religiously.  However, upon deciding that I was "too cool for school" when I entered high school, I forsake the academic band in favor of guitar.  My idol, and only teacher, at that time was Kurt Cobain. In ensuing years, I taught myself drums and how to pretend I could make electronic music.  It wasn't until I became indoctrinated into higher education that I really began how to play and write music, after taking a course in electronic music (elementary though it was), and being forced to memorize Beatles songs by my current roommate.  Now, I am primarily the drummer in a loosely affixed band with my fellow conspirators, Evan and John.

More on this breaking news story later...

I don't know why you say, "Goodbye," when I say, "Hello."
