Strange Arrangement’s debut record, Side by Side, combines their unique musical landscapes into tightly knit, well-crafted songs ranging from Folky/Indy to Progressive Psychedelic Funk. On the heels of this successful release, the band has begun to build a loyal fan base by constantly touring throughout the Midwest and attracting music lovers nationwide. Watching Strange Arrangement in a live setting you can see a cyclical balance between the crowd and the band where both parties are privileged: artists motivating their fans to lose their inhibitions and dance and the fans witnessing a truly creative process – musicians doing what they love to do.

Strange Arrangement is quickly climbing the ranks of the Midwest music scene and has been developing a strong fan base with their fresh, innovative sound. The band regularly plays at venues in Illinois and Michigan such as Bell's Brewery, Illinois Brewing Company, Founder's, Otto's, Martyrs', and The Kinetic Playground while venturing into neighboring states to expand their touring area. They have also released an EP and a skillfully self-produced full length album, Side X Side, that listeners say has an irresistibly addictive quality.
