The 22nd Annual Stone Soup Music Festival & Street Faire, Aug. 24-25, Ramona Garden Park, Grover Beach. Admission is Free. The festival also includes a diverse selection of art and craft vendors. More music, more artists and craftsmen and children’s activities are on tap from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug 24 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday in Ramona Garden Park, Grover Beach. Sponsored by the Arroyo Grande and Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce, the festival takes its name from a folk tale about a stranger who pledged to feed a hungry town by making soup from a stone. New this year is the mardi-gras style doggie parade that will kick off the event at 10 am. The event is presented by the Arroyo Grande and Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce.
