Elkhart, Indiana is home to many local rap artist. Amongst these artist  you can find Rey Rodriguez, who is better known as STILOW in the rap game. Born January 6, 1990 in Guanajuato, Mexico and was raised in the Midwest states of the US. It was in Indiana were he began his career along with his older brother Edgar Rodriguez (OgSpanishGrim)  and long time friend Adrian Valdez (Biggie) in a basement in the winter of 2005.     

Stilow was raised in the music scene all his life but it was in that winter that he himself began to embrace his talent. His father was a drummer for many independant bands in Chicago, Illinois and he often took his children to the gigs in which they performed. As a child Stilow often learned to play various instruments such like the drums and the piano.

In early 2006, after he recorded his first songs titled 14k and another called TOO KRUNK, the three began to launch RDZ RECORDS as an independant record lable. Stilow joined Biggie and together they formed THE SURFIED HUSTLAZ.

Stilow has collaborated with many artist such as; Mad Dog of Minority Records, Lil Blaze, Hott Boi Reece, VIP, and many others. He also contributed to the first Album entitled THE THROWDOWN which is set to release late this year.
