Calling out to all artists, musicians, business owners, and general dog lovers!! There is a situation in that is happening in your community, and a little 6 week old puppy named George needs your help! George, a Great Pyrenees puppy, joined the Kaminsky family (of Art Forms downtown Perrysburg) on Thursday November 17, 2011. Later that day upon his first vet visit it was discovered that he has a rare genetic deformation that is going to cost over $3000 if he is to live to adulthood. In short - All of his plumbing needs to be rerouted. (Links to learn more about this deformation will be made available in the official event invitation) This little guy also has toes numbering 25, but we kind of think that is cute. To help out George's family with the cost of this life saving surgery Anneliese's will be hosting a fundraising event on December 3, 2011. She is helping out by donating a percentage of her bar sales for the evening. We need help with donations of your time as musicians, gift baskets or gift certificates as business owners, or original pieces as artists to be auctioned or raffled to help raise money for little George. At the very least please pass along this invitation to participate. A bank account will be opened at First Federal Credit Union in Perrysburg to collect donations. Cash or check donations can be mailed or dropped off at: ArtForms 102 Louisiana Ave Perrysburg Ohio 43551 or dropped off at: Anneliese's 105 W. Fifth St. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 Please make checks payable to: Kristin Kaminsky for the benefit of George We will be teaming up with a local animal shelter and collecting used blanket as well as other needed things at this event. Shelter will be announced upon conformation. Thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts.
Every one come and have a good time at Anneliese's! From 8 pm to 11 pm!
