Singer/Songwriter and performer Stephen Budd is based in Tucson, Arizona. He cut his teeth on local bands in Toledo, Ohio, where he grew up, played bass in Generra Pantera and the Border Patrol before starting another band, Burnt Sienna, prior to his move to Ann Arbor in 1995.
