“Steady madness released this 4 track demo back in july 2012.the sad thing is that i am only hearing it now.this is one hell of a demo.its one of the best i have heard.they class there sound as classic rock mixed with doom blues.to my ears this is pure raw rock n roll at its best.all 4 tracks on this just keep you hooked it and after its finished you just want to play it again and again.this is something very special and you need to check this out.listen and enjoy. "With such a plethora of colorful band names, it’s hard to pick a winner. Color Channel and Streight Angular are neck-and-neck, The Kakas not too far behind. But Steady Madness is perhaps the most accurate, as the band steadily lurches forward before spiraling into rock oblivion on “Judas.” Madness may have won the name-game, but all these groups deserve a listen. Like, now."
“Steady Madness out of Allston, MA. Characterized by their doom blues and rock sound, 'Madness is taking both sides of the river by storm!”
“Steady Madness @ O’Brien’s: We appreciate the fact that this “doom blues” (their awesome-term) group out of Allston managed to keep their brand of madness, well… steady at O’Brien’s last night. So many certifiably insane (in the good sense) bands are uneven in their antics. Trashing the stage one night and making creepy imaginary friends out of volleyballs and blood the next. It’s lazy. If you’re going to be crazy, be consistent about it. Also, it doesn’t hurt if you’re the kind of crazy that moves things with telekinesis or lights things on fire mentally. That’s always chill.”
