The Blues makes me happy. Not because it’s uplifting or reminds me of better days. It's not about comfort, smiles, or good deeds...but still it makes me happy. It makes me happy because it's the complete opposite of those things. I've been down. I've been hurt. I've had my heart broken. My faith in people destroyed. My expectations lowered.
