Boo-Grass for Books is back! Bring the kiddies to the High Noon for an afternoon of bluegrass-driven Halloween fun. The Oak Street Ramblers will be pairing up with SpareTime Bluegrass to raise money for literacy initiatives at Lowell Elementary School and the Literacy Network.
