OK, Semua ni start dalam tahun 2001. Masing masing penah ada band, masing masing layan lagu lain lain. Saje nak seronok jee isi mase lapang. mase tu tengah belajar. Tenggelam timbul mase tu tak main gig tak buat recording, just jam. Then belajar pun dah habis, start laaa keje.

Tetibe dah start jam balik kali ni serious skit, masa tu tahun 2006, lagu dah ada 6, line up Kameel-Vocals and second guitar, Jzon-Lead guitar, Agym-Bass, Sapoo-Drums. Plan nak record dalam 2007 record. Awal 2008 release EP "Between, Above & high" at the same time start main gig. Memule kat giggers je. Then slowly but surely start main other gigs around town. With some marketing, jumpe kengkawan lama balik. myspace, facebook, and reverbnation, semua ni tools yang amat membantu. Sparanormal sedang timbul.

Kami masih nak membuatkan sparanormal sebagai satu band yang ade a strong presence dalam scene so we have to work hard. At the moment ade a few more songs in the making and we hope to be playing them at our next gig @ number one cafe on the 2nd may Viva la indie rock and chin woo stadium 31st may Sana sini seni.

Nama sparanormal ni macamana bole dapat? Memula kitorang ambik masa yang lama untuk pilih nama. Setahun rasanye. hehe. "Spara" as in separuh, & "Normal" as in biasa. Gabungan malay and english. Sebab kitorang memang nak something yang melayu and we did'nt mind having an english name. and it had to be like one word. We think of ourselves not like the normal bunch. We are always looking for something a bit different. We appreciate the offbeat.

Our influances, well we listen to almost everything, rock, grunge, metal, jazz, blues, punk, pop, melayu asli, you name it we love music it's in us.

To name a few bands, Pink floyd, soundgarden, black sabbath, killswitch engage, radiohead, coldplay, foo fighters, nirvana, korn, metalica, The kooks, artctic monkeys, modest mouse, mudhoney, PUSA, Bloc party, Jamiroquai, Alice in chains, STP, Norah jones, Incubus, The beatles, janice joplin, led zeppelin, Tom waits, cold chamber, Pearl Jam, Chris Cornell, Muse, Feist, Blind Melon, and the list goes on.

Sound kitorang? Kitorang main rock. To general well ni ada satu penerangan sound kami.
