Formed from the ashes of Minutes to Midnight, Silent Pleasures formed in April 2008 with a new line up and new roles. Juan (vox & guitar) and Lee (guitar & vox) spent much time were looking around for the right combination and stumbled across a rather unassuming woman known as Mel Kleyn. A few weeks later Julian Cuena (an old schoolfriend and ex bandmate of Juan's) arrived in the rehearsal studio hungover from a night at work and suddenly the band started making noise. After much sex, drugs and rock roll, the band have commenced playing gigs and showcasing their sound across London. Expect temper tamtrums, arrogant behavior and some fucking fantastic tunes!
