Bio
As the lead singer of the rock band Hypnogaja, Jason “ShyBoy” Arnold has made several critically acclaimed albums, toured the U.S. extensively (opening for bands such as Saliva, Shinedown and 311) and has written songs that have been featured in numerous television programs (including the hit shows Las Vegas and Sex And The City) and major motion pictures (Valentine, Cold Creek Manor).
About
When wearing his songwriter/producer/DJ hat, ShyBoy dips into multiple genres, from rock to hip-hop and electronica to folk. His adventurous sense of style has led him to work as a remixer for artists such as Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Craig David, Lina, Tweet, and Donna Summer, as well as a source music composer for the CW series America’s Next Top Model, starring Tyra Banks.
ShyBoy is featured on two songs ("The Time Has Come" and "Shall Never Surrender") from the Capcom video game and soundtrack, The Devil May Cry 4. Additionally, the Hypnogaja/ShyBoy track, “They Don’t Care,” is featured in the Warner Bros. Interactive video game, FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage, which also contains music by A Static Lullaby and 32 Leaves.
