Bronx Council on The Arts BRIO Winners Divine RBG and Intikana will be premiering 2 new music videos ("Culture Shock" and "Exodus RBG") on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 7pm in The Bronx Museum. The purpose of this special event is to build community, both locally and globally. Filmed on site in The Bronx, Guatemala, Cuba, Borikén (Puerto Rico), and Tanzania (Afrika), "Culture Shock" journeys through many communities around the world while taking a deeper look into the native indigenous cultures that exist in and between these sacred places. All of "EXODUS RBG" was shot in The Bronx and speaks to much of the violence that so regularly takes place in our community. After presenting both videos, there will be a panel discussion to address the issues raised in the videos. There will also be live performances by Divine RBG, Intikana, The Welfare Poets, Nene Ali and other special guests. This event is 100% FREE!!!
