Angela Shella is a billboard charting recording artist who began singing at the age of 4 in New York. The emotional music came from the gospel church that taught her to sing and “let it all hang out.” She is one of the entertainment industry’s most personable songwriters. She has performed with Jazz Great Michel Camilo and Gospel greats Marvin Sapp and Donnie Mcclurkin. The band includes Kenni Hairston(keys), Carl McDaniel(guitar), Eric Meyer(bass), Kyle Duppstadt(drums). Angela Shella says, “My dad literally put me on the hammond organ at the age of four and I’ve been singing and playing ever since. As soon as I got a microphone in my hand, I knew I wanted to do this,” she says. “I love people. In 2011, Angela Shella released, Jazz Collection, a billboard charting EP. A fan of such diverse artists as Jill Scott, Etta James, Chaka Kahn, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, and Nina Simone, Angela’s soulful songs of inspiration, love, sex, God, abuse, and memories are set to resonate with all who hear them.
