After a 5 year Hiatus, Seattle’s Vendetta Red are back with a vengeance. Ignited by a fan’s text gag, the foursome unexpectedly found themselves slapped back together to play a one-off “for fun” show in the Spring 2011. The idea was to perform their second Epic records release “Sisters of the Red Death” in it’s entirety.
The response was so overwhelming, the boys agreed to start writing new music. With a renewed energy, a plethora of songwriters, the supervision of renowned rock producer Terry Date (Deftones, Pantera, Smashing Pumpkins, Slipknot) and many…many…many beers, the band was ready to hit the studio on all cylinders.
The result was an earth shattering, bowel cracking, ear tickling 11 song full length record due out late Spring/early Summer 2012. In the meantime, the band was honored to rock the Nirvana “Nevermind” 20th anniversary show at EMP, as well as Bumbershoot 2011.
