Timberway Music presents Ron Matthews & Spirit performing a 2-hour John Denver tribute program, "Songwriter Spotlight," at the Aspen Community Church. The show will celebrate the life, the ideals and the enduring music of the beloved singer/songwriter, with a special spotlight on some of the other talented writers who penned lyrics to songs John recorded and performed.

Included will be songs by Bill Danoff, Steve Weisberg, David Mallett and others. A good portion of the program will feature the inspirational, moving and often profound songs of the cowboy poet, Joe Henry.
