Mordecai - from London -
Hailing from Croydon in South East London, Mordecai fuse together the raw guts and melody of American Rock with their own twist of British Metal, giving them a deep and rich sound stands up on both sides of the Atlantic, whilst at the same time keeping their British underground roots firmly in place.
After solidifying the lineup in early 2010, their track 'Without you' was used on Bloodstock Festival's promo video, their debut appearances at BullDog Bash and Bloodstock went down a storm, and their debut video for the track 'Lifeline' was released.
The lads momentum continues to gain speed, making waves in the music scene with new tracks, music videos, playing at Kick Out The Jams and Hammerfest III alongside bands such as Ill Nino, Godsized and Fightstar. This has led to Mordecai being recognised and endorsed by industry brands such as Blackstar Amplification, PRS guitars, Ernie Ball and Bare Knuckle Pickups.
After recording their debut EP with Grammy award winning producer Chris Tsangarides (Thin Lizzy, Bruce Dickenson, Anvil and Biomechanical), the boys recorded their eagerly anticipated debut album in the USA in early 2011, due for release later this year.
Mantra - from York -

Scare Tactics (formerly 'Hollow Point') are a Liverpool based Metal/Rock band bringing back a slice of Old School style metal with a whole new approach.
Formed by brothers Stuart and Andrew Barker from remnants of 3 of Liverpools most recognised underground metal bands Hollow Point, Ogun and Obsolete. Taking influence from many styles a new sound mixing classic thrash and metal with hints of prog and grunge a new band was created...And 'Scare Tactics' emerged!
Don't be afraid!
Arizona Bay -
"All the shitty shows are gone, all the idiots screaming in the fucking wind are dead, I love it...leaving nothing but a cool, beautiful serenity called Arizona Bay." - Bill Hicks
Whilst this statement is neither a review of Leeds' leading grunge revivalists, nor perhaps a clear indication of their musical style, it serves its purpose as something of a mission statement for the band. A call to ar...ms, to rally against the mass consumerist culture that plagues the music scene at large today, and a constant reminder of the importance of true and heartfelt expression.
Having parted ways amicably with original guitarist Sam Wood in early 2011, the Leeds based four piece now consists of Rhys Williams (vocals/guitar), Dan Pezaro (guitar), Rob Carruthers (drums) and Oli Tsakonas (bass). Hailing from all four corners of the country the band came together whilst all four members were studying at Music College in Leeds. Whilst as individuals they find their inspirations in an eclectic range of musical styles - from Classic Rock (Led Zeppelin, The Who) to 70s Punk (The Clash, The Ramones), from Heavy Metal (Black Sabbath) to Grunge (Pearl Jam, Soundgarden) - they immediately recognised each other as kindred spirits, brought together by a shared love of Rock music that is played from the heart. The band take their name from the seminal and controversial comedian Bill Hicks, who spoke out against consumerism and mediocrity throughout his career and exhorted the significance of truth within art, something the band also strive to achieve in everything they do.
The past year has seen the group moving from strength to strength, with charismatic live performances of both original material and reworkings of unsung rock classics. Released in November last year, their 8 track eponymous EP of original material showcases their constantly maturing songwriting style, as well as the energy and passion they’ve become famous for in their live performances. Now writing and recording new material, the band invites you to watch this space...
