I wanted to update activities:
We are sponsoring the Eureka Springs Good Samaritan Animal Shelter. Items for donation would be very appreciated. So far we have the Cruise Inn and Throttle Down in Lampe donating items for auction.
Our MC again this event will be Mike Caro, Mike can be contacted at his web site poker1.com. Mike will also will assist in the raffle / auction process for the items that people bring for donations.
Our bands will be the Mikey Blackwell Band featuring David Singleton and Jeff Lee and the Brick and Fields Duo. Ray Ray will collect any moneys that will go to support these two fine groups so look him up that eve and or night.
We will have an open bar this go round, its called the "BullsEye Bar" and will be staffed by KT from Eureka Springs. Formally of the Cat House and currently pulling duties at the Lumberyard and Chasers in Eureka Springs. KT will be working for tips so if ya have a special drink need, try to bring the beverage for her to brew it. Some of our attendees will be donating alkyhol for the bar. The Throttle Down Bar in Lampe will be donating a bottle of Nassau Royal sipping rum. Thanks guys!

There will be lots of folks at this event, so those driving trucks I will ask we park on the south side and back up so that ya can sit on tailgates or in the back of your trucks for better viewing, that area should hold 6 to 7 trucks.
As usual I don't have everyone's e-mail addresses so please pass this on if you can share it.
Music should start about 6ish as well as servings. We will have appetizers by Ray Ray, wings, brats, Italian sausages and cheese cubes for those who come early. I will have the smoked pork and brisket and can only hope that some attendees with bring a side dish! We may eat in two shifts.
I have attached a spreadsheet for everyone to view, (thanks Karen for your help) please check with me for items and quantity of each, with this size crowd we need to double up on toilet paper! If there is a specialty item of food you desire you dont see on here then best bring it along! ice ice ice.......
If you see a head count on the spreadsheet or items that cause you concern please call me to discuss. If you dont have an item listed that simply means your on standby! Dont worry we will get ya something to bring.
