"SOL Studios turns 4 this year despite the Global Financial Crisis."
SOL Studios the home of "Thursday's@SOL" and "SOL Illawarra Independent Cultural Arts Inc", a nonprofit organisation.

SOL Studios has been at the forefront of cultural arts teaching in Wollongong having hosted classes in Capoeira, Bellydancing, African Drum and Dance, Flamenco, Circus, Brazilian Dance, Halal Dance, Egyptian Drumming, Body Percussion and more, run by local and visiting international teachers.

In more recent times "Thursday's@SOL" has become a popular gig night where local and visiting musicians and singer songwriters can perform in a relaxed atmosphere to attentative, appreciative audiences.

To celebrate our 4th year this community arts space we have a stellar night of Wollongong's diverse local talent.
Bands - Percussion Junction & Alotta Pressure
DJ's - Nautilus Sounds
Solo Acts - Jane Aubourg, Kenny Bartley, Kay Proudlove
Cultural Performances - Circus WOW, Spirit of Serpentine, Energia de Bahia and Elemental Groove.
