ATTENTION freakers, tweakers, and weirdos of all kinds:

Get out your sequins, dust off your masquerade masks, and fluff up your
headdresses, the Interstellar Transmissions family is hosting the
event “Carnival Macabre” on March 19th during SXSW at The Blue Theater
...on Austin’s eclectic east side! Come help us create a magnificent and
unique spectacle as we celebrate love, life and creativity through
music, art and dance. Our costume contest will be a wonderful excuse
to let your inner kook shine through. Cash prizes will be awarded to
first, second and third places for the most creative and whimsical
ensembles. There will be live music and lots of eye candy,
so bring your friends, fiends and an appetite for adventure! All ages, colors, sizes, and species are welcome to attend.
