Complementing the Contemporary’s fall exhibition, For the blind man in the dark room looking for the black cat that isn’t there, the museum hosts a night allowing St. Louis to explore the notions of chance and curiosity. DJ/FORTUNE: A Night at CAMSTL is an event filled exploration, music, and fortune telling.

Influenced by “Coffee,” a video installation about a Turkish fortune teller by Ayse Erkmen, Mmmelt, an audio/visual performer, has developed a composition specifically for the guests of the event to enjoy while Victoria Michaels communicates with the other side and engages people in the mysteries of their future.

This event is free and open to the public. There will be free beer, wine, and snacks.
