TWM/GreenShades last stand NXNE at Rancho Relaxo! 5 nights approximately 36 bands from all over the world. Extend last call till 4 am. This is the 5th of our 5 lineups, check it out!
The Penske File @ 8 PM: https://www.facebook.com/thepenskefile (Burlington):
I told my buddy Zach that I had a heavy kick ass rock night in the work to close out the festival at Rancho and he recommended me these guys. He did not recommend me wrong. Perfect way to set the tone for what will be an exhausting yet epic night of music.
California Death Rays @ 9 PM: http://darylfx.wix.com/hnkf1 (Toronto):
My buds in California Death Rays wanted to get their dirty hands on one more show at the Ranch before TWM hits the road and I had to oblige. The band has been quite as of late getting ready to explode with new material and an album etc in the near future but have decided to take a temp break from the silence just for you. How nice of them!
Champion Lover @ 10 PM: https://www.facebook.com/championlovermusic (Toronto):
Champion Lover play dirty loud rock n roll music. If you like it, they think that's rad. If you don't, they don't care much either. It just so happens to be that most of us who've heard it like it very much. If you caught their set at CMW at Rancho is was a highlight of the fest. Expect more of the same.
Another City @ 11 PM: https://www.facebook.com/anothercitymusic (Toronto):
If there was a winner of CMW then Another City was it! Their prize? Well besides a sweet guitar pick, some shots and a few friends. They have received a beauty NXNE slot to come and show off all of their hardwork! Last show before their EP release. Not to be missed.
1992 Toronto Blue Jays @ 12:00 AM: No website, just world series rings (Toronto):
Down a team member the Jays will play this show 3 piece style! Coach Cito Gaston has this to say: "If you had a baseball team who only hit homeruns every time they were at the plate you'd win a lot of world series. I don't know shit about music but if you got a band who hit nothing but homeruns they should win a lot of world series, right?" -- to be fair Cito is quite old but I think you catch his drift.
The DGB @ 1:00 AM: https://www.facebook.com/theDeeGeeBee (Lindsay):
The DGB close out the festival and the last show of the TWM era at the festivals at Rancho. Makes perfect sense as perhaps nobody has ever closed out more shows at Rancho in the history of TWM! I've said it before and I will say it again. The DGB are a whole new animal these days. If you have not seen them in a while then you need to start from scratch again.
