SHELA has been singing since the age of 9 doing most of her singing in the church. As she got older she knew she wanted to expand so she joined a gospel group called Spirit-Led and became one of the soloists for the group. She was the lead vocalist on two of their recorded songs: "He Cares" and "Give It To Jesus". In 2002, SHELA completed her first CD. Now, she is beginning work on her next project.
