“R 'n' B stars join the bill at park carnival. ROCK bands, soul musicians and dance groups will entertain the crowds during a free community festival on Sunday. Thousands of people are expected to attend The Six Towns One City Carnival. The North Staffs Afro Caribbean Association (NORSACA)-backed extravaganza celebrates its 13th birthday this year.
