The Maverick Music Festival is bringing in a stellar lineup of national, international and Texas acts to San Antonio, one of the nation’s fastest growing cities, March 21 & 22, 2014. From seasoned favorites like Roky Erickson to rising voices like SZA, a broad arrangement of genres – electronic, R&B, psychedelic and garage rock, and more – will be heard from the La Villita Historic Arts Village in the heart of downtown San Antonio. The festival also brings in a lineup of innovative food vendors that reflect the growing culinary landscape of the city. Last year’s Maverick Music Festival debuted with the likes of Gary Clark Jr., The Toadies, and Girl in a Coma, and this year the producers have built upon their initial success to include a second day and many more national acts. The final lineup, including additional Texas and local artists, will be announced soon.
