When this D.C native was asked her main reason for performing she humbly answered "its just my purpose". Since the tender age of 7 Senetra Bridgett has been singing and performing all over the DMV area. Born and raised in the church she was first introduced to the mic by her late grandmother who gave her her first solo act in the childrens choir. As a teenager Senetra discovered her talent for playing the piano and composed her first song which she later wrote the lyrics. "It always starts with the melody, then the words follow",here she decribes how she writes her songs. Her debut single "Tears" in which she wrote and produced is a long awaited song that she's most proud of and hopes that the world loves it.
