About
Sebastien studyied trombone from Guy Figlionlos, Phil Wilson, J.J. Johnson and Albert Mangelsdorff and has graduated Noisiel Conservatory, American School of Modern Music, Berklee College of Music and Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSMDP).
Soloist in Orchestre National de Jazz (French National jazz Orchestra, missioned by ministery of Culture) under the direction of Claude Barthélémy (from 2002 to 2005), he also leads his own band as "Spice 'Bones" (1998-2002) (awarded in la Défense National Jazz Contest in 1999 and at Hoeilaart (Belgium) International Jazz Contest in 2001) and also his own Quartet (awarded in la Défense in 2001) and his trio, Tryo[ut].
As a sideman, he works with Magic Malik, Emmanuel Bex, David Patrois and Jef Sicard, a.o....
He is also present as a pop sideman along with Jasmine Roy, Sebastien Tellier (on the album "Politics") and with Yael Naïm, with whom he plays on the single "New Soul"
