Born in Bandung, 29 December 1975 as a Siti Tuti Susilawati Sutisna.
Started her career as a pop rock singer in late 80s with the name Tuti Garetta and finally found her real RnB voice character in album SANTAI, released in 1998.
People stated that she is the first Indonesia's woman RnB singer who have a strong n unique character. Her appearance always shock people.
