Samantha Samuelsen is a 14 year old country singer. She was born and raised in New Port Richey. Since she was two years old, she has singing her heart out. She would perform for anyone who would listen to her. Being brought up in a musical family, Samantha gets her musical abilities from her grandfather, who also loved country music.

When Samantha started middle school, she knew that singing was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. She got her first voice coach, began competing in competitions around Pasco County through school and chorus, and jumped at any chance to perform. Not only does she enjoy performing and singing, but she loves songwriting as well. Her voice coach, Debra Ryan, teaches her how to write music and how to write songs to the best of her ability. She loves to work at making her gift the best it can be. She also works at least three a week at Hurricane Pass Recording Studio in Palm Harbor, working on recording for the first time.
Samantha will be a freshman this fall, and she plans to perform as much as possible. She would love to attend Belmont University for college, and study music. Whether or not she becomes a singer, she plans to continue singing and writing songs for the rest of her life.
