Jon Scranton began with music sometime in 2000 in school. He took orchestra and played the upright bass. In 2002, he joined his junior high school's jazz band playing bass. Jon got a keyboard in 2002, but has not regularly played it until recently. He first picked up the guitar in 2003 and continues it today. He bought his first electric bass in the summer of 2005. He continued orchestra through middle school and now plays in his high school's Full House Jazz Orchestra. Now Jon plays both the electric and upright bass, guitar and keyboard, and he writes and records music regularly.
