“Read about the band and what there plans are for 2013 since the band made a few changes to there set-up. We are a quintet band, trademarking ourselves as ‘Rugsteek die Waarheid’. Usually we introduce the band from a stage perspective, ha! But you have one of each: that will be a Shaun Jansen on one guitar, a Ray Boschslappin’ da bass, a Jacques Koen on the other guitar, a Stephen Purcell hitting up the drums and vocals and a Johannes Otto on lead vocals. We all generally contribute equally to the band, but narrowing it down to the writing process, Shaun and Jacques writes most of the tracks and Stephen writes the lyrics, or in co-lab with the other members, Ray does most of the marketing for the band.”

Route 56 Music Festival will be hosted by the Kokstad Lion’s Club. The Music Festival will run all day from 10am to late in the evening on the 3rd of November 2012. We will be providing a Market, Food Stalls, Beer Tent which will be run and sponsored by the Beer Bin Guys; a Tavern which will be run by our Kokstad Round Table as well as a Wimpy sponsored Kiddies corner with child minders. Finally the show that's been the talk of the town has arrived and hitting the town hard with some of SA's best bands breaking stages around the country as part of the sick line up only to be seen at Sec-Town Massacre II. Sec-Town's own home bred Polluted Air Core metal act The Frail will be using this event to launch and promote their long awaited debut album "For Better... For Worse" promising it being a must have album to add to your metal collection. Lots of prizes up for grabs including the MASSIVE Massacre Hamper containing albums, T-shirts, and lots of other band merchandise from all the bands rocking on the stage this evening. One lucky dude or dudette will be walking away with that monster. R60 will get you in on this MONSTROSITY of a face breaking event and guarantees your money's worth every second.
