Do you know who VAS is and what we stand for?

We recently heard comments about the credibility of our label and we want to make things clear with everyone.
There are many who ask: WHO is V.A.S RECORDS? AND WHAT ARE THEY ALL ABOUT?
Well, we would like to take this time and share our vision with those who may not know who V.A.S Records is or who may have a different perception of us.
V.A.S stands for Victorious Almighty Sound
We are an Independent Christian Record Label based out of NYC with a passion to serve GOD and assist music ministers reach the goal and utilize the talents that have been placed in their hearts and hands.
We are not a label that seeks financial gain, be we want to stress that, there are financial expenses that we incur, which need to be handled in a professional manner. Any profit that is made by the label is reciprocated back into the label for future project. We promote concerts and assist churches with fund raising events. We also contribute a portion of our profits to different causes, for examples The Lupus Foundation and the American Diabetes Association to name a few.
From the very on set of this ministry, the founders of V.A.S. Records have funded this label with no intentions of receiving a financial gain from the ministry. They have a heart and passion for lifting the name of the LORD and seeing lives change. For some time now, people have questioned and have pass judgment on the intentions of the label without having an extensive understanding of what V.A.S Records does. Therefore, if anyone feels the urge to question or inquire what VAS is doing, feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to explain our theory and philosophies. We need to focus on what GOD has commanded us to do, which is be Fisherman of Men.
On another note:
We feel that the Christian Music community within the New York Tri-State area has suffered for some time now and we want to take a stand in changing that environment and atmosphere. We are tired of hearing complaints from talented musicians who have become disrespectful by stating that they will only play if they get paid. Who are we to demand payment for something that is given to us for free? Who are we to think that we can’t share the gospel if there’s no money transaction? Shame on us for allowing our egos become priority. Being in ministry is not about getting paid; it’s about spreading the gospel and saving souls. Maybe we have forgotten where GOD has brought us from. We need to get away from that poisonous mentality and attitude if we want to more forward and receive continuous blessings from the Lord. We need to forget about the egos and getting financial gratification or receiving notoriety. For the word of God says, “Seek first the kingdom of GOD and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33 (NIV)
Therefore, let’s stop the childish attitude and competition as to who makes better music or who has more fans for this only brings disunity and disunity brings defeat that’s what the enemy wants So Lets focus on worshiping the Lord and winning souls. If you have forgotten, let’s remember that we are at war with the enemy and when you keep a worldly mentality you allow the enemy to interfere with GOD’s purpose.
V.A.S Records is a different label from others that exist. We want to unite all musicians, singers’ band ministers’ etc., together in our Christian Music community of our area to make a difference.
