Ah, there you are!

Thanks for looking in, fist things first, WE ARE GIGGING ON SATURDAY 31ST OF JANUARY AT THE CARPENTERS ARMS IN CANTERBURY, BLACK GRIFFIN LANE, CT1 2DE FROM 9PM. Ok, sorry we have been away for a while, Peter & Ruth went away to get married last year and since then we have been busy recording the 2nd electric album, well we were on a roll after the last one so we just kept going. We have completed 3/4 of the album and the finishing line is in sight! all the band have mock-ups of the album with all the songs in order in their various states of completion and we honestly think this is even better than the Devils Typist!!

What a weekend!

Well we've just had three days of music, a gig & more recording. Friday was the gig at Cassanova's Music Club in Deal. I'd like to say thanks to those of you who came, we know you enjoyed it although it was a little quiet, its a great intimate venue we were apperently just competing with a great big party just up the road, never mind.<br/>Saturday & Sunday we were recording, we managed to get all but the bass & guitar solos onto a new song we have been performing recently called 'Lucky Face'. I am now going to crawl away & sleep untill next week!

Pop-a-doodle-doo listeners!

Well, this week we had a trip to Tunbridge Wells to visit Phil Harrison at BBC Radio Kent to record a session for the Radio Kent Unsigned program. Matt was losing his voice & Pete was suffering from a sore throat so we were a little apprehensive. The BBC Radio Kent Studio is actually not huge especially with all our gear in there, I brought my snare drum & hi-hat & flat bass drum, Matt brought his organ (add joke here!) Ruth her bass & mini amp, Peter his mini amp & 2 main guitars, I think they were his Rickenbackers (a six string & a 12 string) so it was a bit cosy. We played two songs for the show and had a nice little chat with Phil and we didn’t manage to say anything silly… I hope! You can listen to our session on BBC Radio Kent on the 7th of March at approx 5:30pm. You ain’t see nothing yet, let’s rock!

Hello world! I'm Tyrannosaurus Alan!

Welcome to a mini-blog, not a long winded rant, just keeping you up to date with band stuff. The guys (and girls, that's you Ruth!) will be playing at a couple of gigs in March so look out for more details as they arrive in the 'Shows' section. <br/>We have been recording again a crowd favorite which has always been popular 'Girl Is Everywhere' is getting a bit of studio time. So, one day you too could own a copy of our full-on electric version that we play at our gigs, cool eh?<br/>It wasn't a perfect recording session by any means, we had a powercut & a very poorly PC to contend with but progress was made & I am sure the results will be worth it.<br/>Hopefully see you at our next gig, do come over and say hi, I know I look scary but I don't bite!
