Guest Hostess with the Mostess!!

Hello everyone!

Right, well I've been asked to 'Guest Host' The Legion Live Lounge Sessions on Monday 15th of June... a week today!

I'm pretty excited about it actually coz The Legion's a great and supercool bar, and is a very friendly place to hang out!

The Live Lounge sessions is an un-plugged night which boasts great artists and bands from the local music scene... so, I'm gonna play a set of my own stuff and also (as I'm hosting!!) I'll be playing a few well loved covers that you can all sing along too! This'll be fun, I haven't played covers really for years!!! :)

There will be some special guests too so it's gonna be a fun night!! It all kicks off at around 9pm so come along and join us!!

Guitarists dig me, apparently!!

I got some unexpected support recently from the lovely folk at Music Web Express 3000 – a US-based specialist website for guitarists...

They'd received an advance copy of my soon to be released album Dirty Little Word, and liked what they heard so much that they have not only put up a great review on their website (thank you!), but also interviewed me and my producer Russ DeSalvo (who played guitar on the album) and featured us in their series Guitars Center Stage!! To put a little cherry on top they've added a banner on that page and another on their Home Page (I say again, thank you!!!).

Doors open @ 7.30pm - On Stage @ 9:45pm

Entry - £6 or £5 with a Flyer (it's in my photo album, just print it off!)

Photoshoot!!

Well a 2 actually!! Oh it is tough to be in this rock and roll business sometimes you know!! Friday and Saturday saw me spending a lot of time getting pretty'd up and having boys with cameras take pictures of me!!

Friday was a studio shoot with a very well respected photographic man named Steve Double - he's taken pics of a lot of people you might just recognise, check out his site www.double-whammy.com I had a great day with Steve, Aaron (his assistant!) & Michelle the lovely make up girl, and here is her link! www.myspace.com/michellelouisemakeup I'll show you the pics sooooon!

Saturday's shoot was 'on location' as they say, with a supercool young man who goes by the name of Ben Horsley! Ben has a really great eye for locations and shoots and even tho it was bloody FREEZING (I'm talking snow on the ground people!!) we had a great day and got some awesome shots... have a look at www.uttermedia.net/page_natascha/ Thanks for braving the elements for me Ben, it was a fun day!!
