First Flight Delight!

Things didn't quite go to plan on the first leg ... I used an upgrade voucher to move up to Premium Economy on my Air NZ flight to Hong Kong - which is great when the video system works! For some crazy reason they had to reset mine a number of times before they gave up!

But Dan, the crew member, kindly packed me up and moved me to another seat ... in Business Premier! Wow!

I watched a movie and then took full advantage of the lay flat seat to snore the hours away ...

I'm in Hong Kong now waiting for my Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt.

More later!

Pete
MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND FEEL GREAT! Peter is off to do some Volunteer Community work in Romania in September 2008 - make a donation at www.peterwoolston.com and you'll feel good inside while making a difference in the world!

Sign up as a supporter of Peter Woolston and receive exclusive free content at www.peterwoolston.com

Peter Woolston
Musician with a Mission
www.peterwoolston.com

Off I go to Romania & Bulgaria!

After all the build-up I've finally left! Im checked in and boarding my first flight - Auckland to Hong Kong, then Hong Kong to Frankfurt, and finally the last flight to Bucharest!

My guitar and my suitcase are checked in and I look forward to being re-united with them in Bucharest.

After an overnight nap in Bucharest I'll travel down to Constanta for my evening gig at New Wine Cafe ...

Here I go!

Pete

Ahh the sunshine!

Finally the season seems to be turning down here at the bottom of the world and I'm hearing on the northern hemisphere podcasts (e.g. Musicians Cooler) that summer is running out - never mind - their loss is my gain!

As long as there's still some sunshine and warmth in Romania in Sept and Bulgaria in Oct I'll be happy - planning for the trip is underway and so too the necessary fundraising (more on that later).

In the meantime a few days in Melbourne at the start of Sept may warm me up a bit ...

Why am I whining about the cold - well as a guitarist it's hard to get the hands working in the mornings and even tougher as a singer to warm up the voice to avoid damaging it when I'm screaming my lungs out and giving my all for the audience (of One and many) :^)

Bring on summer in New Zealand!!!!

Wooly
