I used an upgrade voucher to move up to Premium Economy on my Air NZ flight to Hong Kong - which is great when the video system works! For some crazy reason they had to reset mine a number of times before they gave up! <br/> <br/>But Dan, the crew member, kindly packed me up and moved me to another seat ... in Business Premier!
