When she was a kid Tat Jane heard Neil Young and knew immediately that she wanted to sing and write her own songs. She wanted her songs to TELL STORIES, inspire people, move them and perhaps touch their hearts. That was the driving force that made her seek out a place where such a thing might happen. She journeyed to Amsterdam, then Canada, and then finally came to New York City.
