Raffael earned his chops by squeezing between the hours that Zenzi had its doors shut, under the supervision of a DJ friend who showed him the ropes. The club soon opened it’s doors to Raffael, the seeds of the Indian bass revolution had been sown. He has a penchant for the most break neck breaks this side of nu-skool and his style includes phat basslines and grooves rooted in the deepest British underground. He is a founder/member of the Bay Beat Collective.
He loves feeding on energies from crowds and then sending it back three score to make venues vibrate. His production and live sampling/MIDI skills make way for an all new fresh edge. You can still bet on that hard hitting low-end delivery wherever this DJ is laying it down
