A: Hi Peter, great to hear from you!
I believe that all the tunes here were played on my 1988 Chris Cross, which I acquired second-hand (and slightly damaged) from Coda Music in Stevenage.
I knew Chris from his time in St. Albans when he worked in The Music Department with (then) owner Pete Gent, and a certain young Patrick Eggle. I did get Chris to make me a 7-string guitar in 1999 (due to a passing phase), which was possibly one of the last instruments that Chris made, but now sadly neglected.
