Q: where is the story of Mary Ellis?

A: Sue - I heard it first hand back in the day from the owners of the Flea Market. Then I saw a newspaper article on it in the weekend section shortly after. Since then I've never seen anything more on it. But if you listen to the lyrics in my song, that's her story. She died waiting for her love to return , which he never did, and they buried her near the place where she would look for the ships coming in from the Raritan Bay.
