About

hello there ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, most of this stuff is from a CD done in 1999, "having fun?"   william richard strickland  aka "wild willy", joins in on 'swift sheila', and "rubber lady" with the words and vocals.  chris peters jumps in on 'a toast to the barley literates' with lead guitar and keys.  he also adds more lead guitar on 'sudden attack', keys on "crackin' that corn", and harp on 'who am i?'  glenn scott plays lead guitar on 'old man on horse'.  grammy award wining drummer bill ray at bill ray drums.com contributed  some drum tracks via computer programming on one of my alesis drum machines.  i very much enjoyed recording with these very fine musicians, mostly we were over here at my home studio, enjoying a fine cigar and homebrew (except will, he has cut out all of that mischievous behavior).     my granddaughter, kaitlyn jena callahan (aka katie pie), joined me with her clarinet on "grandpa & katie's blues".  we recorded it on 5-1-08.    "slippin' down the alley" recorded 5-6-08.    be sure to check out- bad brad karow and the blues pharoahs.  it's what the blues sounds like live., and it is the band i play with most of the time.    some people believe i might be crazy.  you know , i like pretty much all genres of music, and i have changed my recommended list to feature all of my street teamers.  if you have the time, just punch up which ever four artists appear there, and if you like, be sure and add on as a fan.  music is magic, and you can never have enough good friends.  i generally play a lot of the music by the people that also play my tunes, so let's make it happen by either playing out live or cranking out some of those fine studio tunes.  best always, richardmagicfingers
